How to Book a trip?
Bookings: Please Come to the ISA office in the Union Building or send a friend with your ISA card and the amount required.No bookings can be made via emails or phone.
Weekend trips : £48 / £52 for non ISA members
1. ISA is a member of YHA, Accommodation will usually be in a Youth Hostel.;-)
2. Breakfast on Sunday Morning:LOL:
Usually a Continental Breakfast: milk cereals, bread, jams, tea and coffee, we sometimes have Full english breakfast depending on the YHA.
Day Trips:£14
£16 for non ISA members
Include only the transportation from the 3 pick up points: Charles Wilson Building, Mary Gee Houses and john Fosters Hall.
Scotland Week trip: £ 205 for members and £220 for non members (non students, family members and non ISA members)
An ISA committee member will usually take you to the tourist information or you will be provided with a map of the city while getting on the coach.
Please do not be late for departures, ISA has a no refund policy.
Cancellation:
In order to get you the best prices from the coach company and the YHAs, ISA needs to pay in advances for its bookings. As a result, ISA has a no refund policy, since refunds are not posibles with the companies we work with.
However you can give your place on a trip to a friend.
For weekend trips you can only give your place to someone of the **same gender**(male or female) as you, as the rooms in YHAs are usually not mixed rooms.
You just need to send us an email about the changes.
If you can not find anyone to replace you, we will try to give your seat to someone else and refund you. Unfortunatly, we can not guarantee you that your seat will be sold.
Complaints:
For any complaints regarding the ISA or the trips, please write to us. We will be happy to assist you in any case and we are looking to improve our services.
Please note that the ISA committee is formed of volunteers (not paid) who aim at making your stay at Leicester University better, ISA is not a travel company.
Also, during the exam period there might be disruptions due to the fact that committee members might have exams too...we will advice you of the changes by email.
